👤 Who am I?¶

As an independent technical consultant, I specialize in systems interoperability, cloud architecture, and helping traditional companies adopt DevOps and SRE practices. My mission is to empower businesses to succeed by leveraging the full potential of cloud-native tooling and seamlessly integrating these modern paradigms with existing IT systems.

In today’s tech landscape, terms like "cloud," "DevOps," and "SRE" are often buzzwords in blogs, podcasts, and news—but understanding their true relevance to your business can be a challenge. I help demystify these concepts, providing tailored guidance to navigate the complexity and determine which approaches will truly drive value for your organization.

💼 Experience¶

My expertise in programming, Kubernetes, Linux/UNIX, and systems engineering is grounded in delivering solutions for mission-critical environments. I've worked on both modernizing existing infrastructure and building greenfield systems from scratch—guiding projects from architecture approval to fully functional, production-ready deployments.

I enjoy modernizing legacy systems, optimizing performance, and building human friendly interfaces in order to hide back-end complexity. Whether working on complex system migrations, cloud adoption, or containerized application deployments, I take a holistic approach in order to align technical solutions with business needs.

⚙ Development¶

The majority of my development experience lies in creating tools using Python and scripting languages for systems engineering, including command-line utilities, JSON HTTP APIs, and modules integrated into pipeline products. Beyond specific languages and frameworks, I adapt to new tools and unfamiliar technology stacks with ease.
